If your song is a gift with a deadline, put the date in the subject line and we will prioritize it.

What we can help with

• A revision. Tell us which line or which part of the tone is wrong and we redo the song. Free, no limit.
• A song that has not arrived. Check spam first — the email carries an audio link and some providers hold those.
• A refund. Within thirty days, for any reason or none. One email is the whole process.
• Anything before you buy. If you are not sure the questions will capture what you want to say, describe it to us and we will tell you honestly.
