Thirty days, money back, for any reason or none

Ask within thirty days of purchase and we refund the order in full. You do not have to have tried a revision first, and you do not have to tell us why. Email hello@songforkeeps.com and we process it.

Revisions are free, if you would rather fix it

A song that misses usually misses on one line or on the overall tone rather than on the whole idea. Tell us what feels wrong and we redo it. There is no cap on revisions and no charge for them, so you can take that route as many times as you like before deciding you want the money back instead.

What a refund covers

The full purchase price, including any add-ons bought in the same order such as the printable lyrics sheet or a delivery upgrade. Refunds return to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What we ask

Because a song is a digital file that cannot be returned, we ask that you stop using and delete the files once the refund is issued.
