What you are buying

Song for Keeps creates a personalised song from the details you provide. You answer a short questionnaire; we write lyrics from your answers and produce a recording of them. You receive a downloadable audio file and a private link.

How your song is made

We use AI to write and perform your song. We are telling you this plainly because several services in this category imply a human songwriter and then deliver in under an hour — that is not how it works, and we would rather you know exactly what you are paying for. What makes your song yours is not who performs it; it is that the lyrics are built from your specific memories. That is also why we can revise it as many times as you want, immediately, at no cost.

Who owns the song

You do. You may play it, share it, gift it, and use it privately however you like, permanently. We retain the right to use anonymised excerpts as examples of our work only if you explicitly opt in; we never use your song publicly by default.

What you promise us

That the details you submit are yours to share, and that you will not ask us to produce content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, or unlawful. We may decline or cancel an order on those grounds and will refund it in full.

Revisions and refunds

Availability

We aim to deliver within the window you paid for. If a technical failure on our side prevents that, we will tell you, and you may take a full refund instead of waiting.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
